COMPETENT CREW /HELMSMAN

This is a course for beginners to cruising and teaches personal safety, seamanship and helmsmanship to the level required to be a useful member of the crew

DAYSKIPPER

A practical course to teach pilotage, navigation, seamanship and boat handling in tidal waters.

COASTAL SKIPPER

The aim of this course for the more experienced, is to teach the skills and techniques required to skipper a cruising yacht (7-15m LOA) safely on coastal and offshore passages by day and night.

RYA/MCA EXAMINATIONS AND PREPARATION COURSES

RYA/MCA Coastal Skipper and Yachtmaster Offshore Certificates of Confidence are gained by examination conducted by an independent examiner, with 4 days preparation.

OTHER COURSES

International Certificate Of Confidence ( ICC ) required to visit European ports and harbours, this is a one day test to at least Dayskipper standard
